About The Doctors
William C. Domb, DMD
Dr. Domb received his Doctor of Medical Dentistry degree with honors from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine and his A.B. degree from Amherst College.
Since 1976, he has resided and practiced in Upland, where he has been President of the Chamber of Commerce, Chairman of the Board of the West End Opera Association and author of the newspaper column, "Your Dental Health". He recently completed serving as Chairman of the State Council on Dental Health.
For many years he has worked as Chairman of the Board of the Assistance League/San Antonio Hospital Children's Dental Center, where underprivileged children receive free dental care.
Bill has been President of the Board of Directors of the Tri-County Dental Society and a founding member of the Academy of General Dentistry. He is also serves on the Advisory Boards for Chaffey College and the San Bernardino County school dental health education program. He continues as chief advisory dentist to the San Bernardino County Dental Health Program.
Bill is Associate Professor at Loma Linda Dental School where he instructs in the postgraduate program. He also teaches a course in oral medicine at a local medical school. Other volunteer work includes providing dental care in remote areas of Mexico and other parts of South America, sometimes joined by the staff. Recently, he returned from an extended teaching program on aesthetic dentistry for practicing dentists in Ecuador, working with their First Lady.
Other teaching responsibilities include directing the Inland Institute for Cosmetic Dentistry, an advanced educational service for local dentists as well as numerous states and foreign countries. Considerable time is spent editing journals and newsletters for dentists.
During the last fifteen years, Bill has concentrated his efforts in making beautiful smiles and has taken a number of courses at the graduate level, especially from LVI, the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dentistry, whose work has been featured on Extreme Makeovers. He is an active member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry as well as a life member of the World Congress of Microdentistry.

Dr. Mojgan Maher
Dr. Mojgan Maher received her BS degree in biology from San Diego State University in 1989 and her DDS degree from the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) in 1993 followed by post-graduate training in advanced general dentistry, also at UCSF, and teaching at the dental school.
She initially practiced in downtown San Francisco and then relocated back to Southern California joining the practice of Dr. William Domb in Upland in 2004.
Dr. Maher has remained active in learning new skills by participating in numerous continuing dental education symposiums and conferences. Through her practice and educational activities, she has gained valuable experience in a wide variety of dental settings and procedures including cosmetic dentistry, prosthodontics, endodontics, oral surgery and pediatrics. Dr. Maher's professional goal has always been to provide sincere, gentle and competent care. She is also committed to patient education and patient participation in achieving high-quality dental health.
Dr. Maher's husband, Hossein "Nader" Jadvar, is a nuclear radiologist on the faculty of the Keck School of Medicine at the University of Southern California as an Associate Professor of Radiology and Biomedical Engineering. Mojgan and Nader have two beautiful daughters, Donya and Delara. The family lives at the foothills of Mount Wilson in Pasadena . Their combined hobbies include reading, photography, and traveling to new places every year.
