Mountainside Master Chorale
The Mountainside Master Chorale was founded in 1994 by director Bruce Rogers. Since their inception, the Chorale has grown steadily in both membership and acclaim, drawing singers from San Bernardino, Los Angeles, and Orange Counties. Besides performing their regular concert series each year, the Chorale has received numerous invitations to perform at special events.
They have sung at various festivals throughout Southern California, performed at the Crystal Cathedral, and are featured in the upcoming Regency Vision Motion picture entitled "Goodbye Lover" starring Patricia Arquette, Don Johnson, and Ellen DeGeneres. In July of 1998, the Chorale toured the British Isles and has been sang at the prestigious Eisteddfod Music Competition in Wales.
The Chorale performs a variety of musical styles each season, including major choral works with orchestra, a cappella motets, folk songs, spirituals, jazz, and Broadway show tunes. The Mountainside Master Chorale prides itself on performing quality repertoire, not only from the masters of the past, but also giving exposure to works of current twentieth century composers.
Bill sings in the bass section and recorded the company's first CD, Shining Night during their tour of the British Isles.

From time to time Bill also sings with an international men's chorus called the University Mastersingers, now Mastersingers USA.
With members from all over the US and several foreign countries, the group has toured on the European continent and is planning another tour in the summer of 2000.
There are a number of CD's and DVD's and tapes available now.

Bill's second flying love centers around delta stunt kites. He's carried them all over the world. Probably the best place to fly was in a storm right in front of the Eiffel Tower in Paris.
Bill and his wife Ellen like to fly dual kites in aerial ballet.
Photography
Bill's longest passion has been with cameras, and he is still quite active with both still and moving pictures.
