How to join
The guidelines are simple. Once you are a member, you will receive special Smile Club pricing on procedures and treatments that are regularly offered at our practice. Membership fees are paid yearly. No discounts are available for hospitalization, treatments beyond our expertise and regular services, or procedures performed by a third-party practitioner outside of this office.
